The Right to Work Hub conducts right to work checks for students before they begin working in a college or department. All Oxford students can be checked, including home and overseas, regardless of their level of study or nationality.
The College Student Visa Monitoring Service maintains a record of all work being completed by Oxford Student Visa holders in colleges. Students and colleges need to record the hours worked each week to avoid the student exceeding their visa restrictions.
